At Eden Med Spa, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for all of our customers. Below is our shipping policy outlining the terms and conditions for products that require shipping:
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders (within the United States):
- Standard Shipping – Delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping – Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping – Delivery by the next business day if the order is placed before 2 PM EST.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with the carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, delivery location, and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
- Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging for our review. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement if applicable.
- Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Returns & Refunds
Please note that all product sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for shipped products unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. For more details, refer to our Refund Policy.
