CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICIES

Spa Reservations

To secure your preferred appointment time, we recommend scheduling your spa experience in advance—ideally at the time of your previous visit. Our professional team allocates dedicated time for each guest; therefore, a valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments, including those booked with gift cards.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

All services are subject to availability. Menu offerings and prices may change without notice. Eden Med Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

As a courtesy, you will receive an appointment confirmation prior to your visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for standard appointments.

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for spa packages or multiple services lasting over 2 hours.

Late cancellations or insufficient notice may result in charges up to the full value of the scheduled service(s).
No-show appointments will be charged the full service value.
Spa parties and group bookings follow the terms outlined in their individual agreements.

Payments, Gratuity & Gift Cards

We accept Cash, all major Credit Cards, and Eden Med Spa Gift Cards. Gift cards hold a dollar value that can be applied toward products or services at full price.

Gift Card Terms:

  • Cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards

  • Must be presented at checkout to apply the balance

  • Not refundable or redeemable for cash

  • Remaining balances stay on the card

  • Not transferable

  • Eden Med Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misused cards

A $50 fee applies to returned checks. Any fees incurred during collection of unpaid balances will be added to the account.
Gratuities are not included and are at the guest’s discretion.

Spa Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes early to begin your spa experience in a relaxed state.
First-time guests should arrive 30 minutes early to complete the required intake profile.

We provide robes, slippers, private lockers, and beverages for your comfort.

Late arrival may shorten your service time without a reduction in service price to avoid inconveniencing other guests.

Please notify our team of any medical conditions or special needs before treatment, including pregnancy, allergies, product sensitivities, or medications.

We recommend leaving valuables at home. Eden Med Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Discounted Promotion Policies

  • Discounted promotions and the Eden Med Spa $50 discount are not accepted after 5:00 PM.

  • Eden After Dark appointments are available seven days a week.

  • Holiday and Black Friday gift cards cannot be used to purchase discounted promotions or memberships.

  • Guests must notify us of any promotional discount before the appointment; otherwise, regular pricing applies.

  • Eden Med Spa does not accept Groupon under any circumstances.

Spa Requirements

  • Massage services: Guests must be 18 years or older.

  • Skincare services: Guests must be 12 years or older and accompanied by a parent or guardian if under 18.

  • Nail services: Minimum age 10; guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • All services for minors require a parental consent form.

  • To maintain a peaceful environment, only guests receiving services may enter the spa area.

Med Spa Products, Services & Returns

  • If you are dissatisfied with a skincare or body product, it may be returned within 30 days for spa credit.
    Retail items may also be returned within 30 days for spa credit or a refund in the original form of payment.

  • Eden Med Spa strives for excellence; however, certain temporary reactions—such as minor scratches during dermaplaning, light peeling, or temporary redness—can occur.
    All service sales are final.
    In the event of a valid concern, verified through professional in-house evaluation, a spa credit may be issued at management’s discretion.

  • Customization such as design changes, removal, or special styling is considered an additional service and will be charged separately from any promotional pricing.

  • Guests using the complimentary $50 Eden Med Spa gift card must have a minimum purchase of $200 in products or services.
