Spa Reservations & Payment Authorization

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Because we allocate provider time and treatment rooms specifically for each guest, a valid credit card is required to secure all appointments, including those paid with gift cards, memberships, packages, or promotional credits.

By booking an appointment, you authorize Eden Med Spa to charge the card on file in accordance with our cancellation, no-show, and policy terms.

All services and pricing are subject to change without notice. Eden Med Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion and to cancel appointments due to safety, medical, or behavioral concerns.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy (Strict Enforcement)

To protect our providers’ time and ensure fairness to all guests:

24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule single services.

48-hour notice is required for packages, multiple services, or appointments exceeding 2 hours.

Appointments scheduled for Monday require cancellation by the preceding Friday before close of business.

Failure to provide proper notice will result in:

A charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service value

Deduction of the session from package or membership
-
For gift card bookings, deduction of the full service value
-
No-shows are automatically charged at 100% of the reserved service value.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in denial of future booking privileges or requirement of prepayment.

All cancellation determinations are made at the sole discretion of Eden Med Spa.
Refund Policy – Services (No Refunds)
All service sales are final.
Medical aesthetic results vary by individual. Because services are rendered in real time and provider time cannot be recovered, refunds are not issued for completed services under any circumstances.
If a concern arises, Eden Med Spa may, at its sole discretion, offer:

Corrective treatment

Adjustment appointment
Credits are not guaranteed and are determined only after internal evaluation.
Chargebacks filed after agreeing to these policies may result in:

Immediate collections process

Documentation submission to card processors

Permanent ban from booking

Legal recovery of disputed funds
Refund Policy – Retail Products

Unopened retail products may be returned within 30 days for spa credit only.

Opened skincare products are eligible for spa credit only, not refund.

Medical-grade products, injectables, prescription products, and custom orders are non-refundable.
Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards.

Gift cards may not be applied toward other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards is not the responsibility of Eden Med Spa.

Gift cards cannot be transferred or resold.

Expiration terms (if applicable) are enforced in accordance with Florida law.
Promotions & Discounts

Promotions must be presented at time of checkout.

Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

After 5:00 PM appointments are not eligible for promotional pricing unless pre-approved.

Black Friday and Holiday promotions cannot be used toward memberships or other discounted programs.

Eden Med Spa does not accept Groupon or third-party discount vouchers.

Failure to disclose promotional intent at time of service will result in full standard pricing being charged.
Late Arrival Policy

Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment time.

Service fees remain at full value regardless of late arrival.

If arrival is more than 15 minutes late, Eden Med Spa reserves the right to treat the appointment as a no-show and charge accordingly.
Privacy & HIPAA Compliance

Eden Med Spa complies with HIPAA and Florida privacy regulations.

No Medical Disclosure by Phone or Text

Protected Health Information (PHI), including diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and medical history, will not be discussed via:

SMS

Voicemail

Unsecured email
-
Social media messaging

Appointment confirmations and general service categories may be communicated.

Identity verification may be required before discussing limited account details.
-
Medical record requests must be submitted in writing with proper HIPAA authorization.
Call Recording Policy

Telephone calls may be recorded in accordance with Florida two-party consent law.

Recordings are confidential business records and remain the sole property of Eden Med Spa.

Recordings are not released to patients or third parties except:

With valid subpoena

Court order
-
As required by law

Recordings will not be copied, distributed, or shared for personal use.
Medical Treatment Acknowledgment

By receiving treatment, clients acknowledge:

Results vary by individual.

Multiple sessions may be required.

Temporary redness, swelling, peeling, minor bruising, or sensitivity may occur.

No guarantee of specific results is made or implied.
Chargeback & Payment Dispute Protection Clause

By booking services, clients agree:

They will not dispute or reverse charges for services rendered in accordance with these policies.

Filing a chargeback after services are performed constitutes breach of agreement.

Eden Med Spa reserves the right to submit signed consent forms, intake documentation, and call recordings to financial institutions in defense of disputed transactions.
Minor Policy

All minors must have a signed parental consent form prior to service. Eden Med Spa reserves the right to deny treatment to minors at its discretion.
