We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and provider.

Yes. Eden Med Spa requires a credit card on file or a small deposit to secure all appointments. This protects our providers’ time and ensures availability for serious clients.

To respect our team and other guests:

• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a $50 fee or loss of deposit.

• For longer services like CO₂ laser, RF microneedling, or injectables, a $100 late cancellation fee may apply.

For the safety and comfort of all clients:

• Children under 12 are not permitted in treatment rooms.

• Guests may wait in the lobby but cannot join during medical or spa procedures.

• For minors receiving facials or acne treatments, a parent or guardian must be present to sign a consent form.

Facials, teens skincare: 13+ with parental consent

✔ Massage therapy: 18+

✔ Injectables (Botox, fillers): 18+ only

✔ Hormone therapy & weight loss medication: 18+ and medically approved

✔ Laser treatments (hair removal, CO₂): 18+ or 16+ with guardian and provider approval

Before Facials or Laser Treatments:

• Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds 48 hours before

• Stop retinol, glycolic acid, or exfoliants 2–3 days prior

• Arrive makeup-free if possible

Before Massage Therapy:

• Arrive hydrated and 5–10 minutes early

• Inform your therapist of any medical conditions or injuries

• Prenatal massages require clearance after 1st trimester
